Have you ever seen a fish with flabby abs? Okay, so a fish doesn’t have abs but you do. Even if your abdominal muscles don’t show under the padding, and your BC vest, and your stretched tight scuba wetsuit, you have abs and its better if you have firm abs. Now how can you get the great looking firm abs you want?
Scuba diving is great fun but honestly, it’s not enough of a workout to give you the firm abs. You’ll need to do more but as with any goal, having the right firm abs program will give the best results. I could suggest several but there are actually two that can work together for great looking firm scuba abs.

Also, none of the gimmicky ab rockers, rollers, or ab belts will help get rid of abdominal fat either. You can’t spot reduce your stomach fat by using any of these worthless contraptions. It simply doesn’t work that way.
